Dr. Becker performed the revision or reconstructive rhinoplasty in every case on this website. The photographs were all taken in his office and have not been altered. In all cases below, preoperative photos are on the left and postoperative photos are on the right.
The patients shown in this photo album have given their written permission for us to use their photographs to help others learn about revision rhinoplasty. We know that you join us in thanking them for allowing us to share these images with you.
If too much is taken off the bridge of the nose, a "saddle nose" or "boxer's nose" deformity can result. The patients shown here had saddle nose deformities. Dr. Becker corrected their problems as shown. Cartilage grafting using the patient's own cartilage was used in these cases.
