PHOTO ALBUM - PAGE 3
Dr. Becker performed the revision or reconstructive rhinoplasty in every case on this website. The photographs were all taken in his office and have not been altered. In all cases below, preoperative photos are on the left and postoperative photos are on the right.
This patient had a sharp pointy nose after his rhinoplasty with little "knobs" at the tip. Noses like this have an "operated" look that detracts from the overall facial appearance. Unfortunately, this is a common problem. When too much nasal tip cartilage is taken, the nose can look sharp and pointy.

Also, this patient had difficulty breathing through the nose. Note the collapse of the nose. Dr. Becker restored a natural appearance that balanced the nose to the rest of the face. This patient now has the nose that he wanted when he went for a rhinoplasty the first time!

This patient has the same problem as the patient above, but he also has a nose that is too short. Also, the tip of the nose projects too far from his face. Dr. Becker corrected this unaesthetic appearance as shown.
