I have a very round, ball-like nasal tip. Is it possible to fix this with a nose job while leaving the rest of my nose unchanged? Answer:
Yes, it is possible to do a “tip rhinoplasty” in which I would change only the tip without making any changes to the rest of the nose. Posted by D. Becker
