The Ideal Nose

Question: After my first rhinoplasty, my nose appears smushed, especially from the side. What do you do to fix it?

Answer:
It sounds like you had too much taken off your nose. This give your nose a “smooshed,” flat appearance.
The solution is to rebuild your nose. Dr. Becker would plan to use your own tissue, most commonly cartilage taken from your septum, inside your nose. Sometimes, it is necessary to take cartilage from behind your ear. Of course, Dr. Becker would explain what you would need and why during your office consultation.

For my first rhinoplasty surgery, I asked the plastic surgeon to make my tip more refined. I think he took out too much cartilage and now it is too short. Can this be fixed?

My first surgery took off a bump and I like it. However, I would like to refine the tip. Do you perform tiplasty?

I have already had a regular rhinoplasty and a revision rhinoplasty. I am still not happy. Can I be a candidate for a second revision rhinoplasty?

My first surgeon took too much off the bump on my nose. Now, I have a ski slope nose. How would you fix it?
